Who buys here

Move-up buyers, medical and university professionals, families who want established schools, and buyers who prefer a resale with a mature yard over new construction.

Homes and prices

Mostly resale, from mid-century homes near UTEP to custom homes in the foothills and along the river in the Upper Valley. Prices run well above the El Paso median. New construction is limited to a few communities such as Cimarron Canyon in the Northwest.

Getting around

Interstate 10 and Mesa Street carry the Westside to downtown in 10 to 20 minutes. The medical district and UTEP are close. Franklin Mountains State Park is the back yard.

What Alma tells buyers

On the Westside the street matters more than the ZIP. Two homes with the same square footage can differ by six figures because of the view, the lot, and the school zone. Alma pulls closed sales on the exact street before you offer.
