What happens after you call

Alma answers her own phone. If she is at a showing she will call you back the same day, not the next week. The first conversation is short: what you are trying to do, when you need to do it, and whether you have talked to a lender yet. Nobody is going to pressure you into an appointment on that call.

All of El Paso and El Paso County: the Westside and 79912, Central, the Northeast, the East side and 79936, the Lower Valley, Horizon City, Socorro, Canutillo and the Upper Valley. Buyers, sellers, new construction and land.

In English or Spanish

Whichever you are more comfortable in, including the parts that matter: the contract, the counteroffer, the inspection negotiation and the closing table. You should not have to translate your own real estate transaction.

Texas requires an agreement first

Since 2024, Texas requires a written agreement between a buyer and the agent representing them before that agent shows homes. It states what the agent does and how the agent is paid. Alma goes through it with you line by line before you sign, and you are allowed to ask her to change parts of it.
