Who buys here

First-time buyers who want a new home under $350,000, growing families who need a fourth bedroom, and buyers relocating to the East side employers and Fort Bliss.

Homes and prices

Mostly new construction from Palo Verde, Hakes Brothers, CareFree, Saratoga, Pacifica, and others, from the $240s into the $400s. Resales are newer homes, often under ten years old. Lots run larger than inside El Paso.

Getting around

Interstate 10 and Loop 375 connect Horizon City to the East side in 15 to 25 minutes, downtown in 30 to 40. Horizon City has its own schools in the Clint ISD and a growing retail corridor along Horizon Boulevard.

What Alma tells buyers

Compare at least three communities against the same budget before you sign. The model home price rarely includes the lot premium or the finishes you saw. Alma registers as your agent on the first visit and pulls the real numbers.
